We call ourselves the Jagdalpur branch of Frappe.  Jagdalpur is a small town located in Bastar, CG. It may not be as big as BLR or BOM, but it has peace. Heck, it has an airport!

We are a small team of passionate developers working with Frappe Framework, Cloud, and apps. Frappe Framework, which is a full-stack low-code/no-code built on Python and JavaScript. One of our biggest clients is Frappe themselves, we work closely with them for first-party apps too!

At BWH Studios, we are committed to two core values of working: Quality and Velocity. We help our clients by building world-class Frappe-based apps, in record time. Apart from building client projects, each of us also gets to work on their own open source product for the Frappeverse!

Skills we are looking for

• Hands-on experience in building web pages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working with an MVC framework like Django, MERN stack, etc. (even if a college/side project)
• Ability to understand and write SQL queries for data manipulation and retrieval
• Must have experience with Git and GitHub for version control
• Basics of Linux command line interface
• Solve problems with programs: figure out algorithms and data structures

What will you work on?

• Build web-apps on Frappe that solve real-world user problems.
• Write well written code following best practices so that we don't incur technical debt.
• Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to make sure we ship awesome stuff!
• Directly coordinate with clients to understand their use cases.
